- Peace Gang is not responsible for any customs fees that may be charged by the customers country mail carrier. It is the customers responsibility to pay for any such fees that may be charged by their countries customs, This is beyond our control. Additionally PEACEGANG is not responsible for returned items due to unpaid customs fees, undeliverable addresses etc. It is the customers responsibility to make sure they enter the correct shipping details or your order could be returned to sender where it is not retrievable and non refundable.
- YES, For domestic (USA) orders: As soon as your order is available for tracking you will be sent an email with a tracking number. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS.
- For international orders: As soon as your order is available for tracking you will be sent an email with a tracking number.
- No Problem! Send us an email at CustomerService@PeaceGangWorldwide.com with your name, order number, and your correct shipping address within 24 hours of ordering and we can fix it. On occasion we ship in under 24 hours, we cannot update your address once you have received a tracking email. If the customer failed to notify us of an address change and there order is returned to sender it is non refundable.
- We highly recommend machine washing in cold water with like colors. Tumble dry low, do not bleach.
- Turn your apparel inside out before washing to preserve the life of your graphic.
- Loose ends are completely normal on any shirt. We do not recommend cutting them! Try knotting them instead and any extra string past the knot can be cut off safely.
- The majority of our items are branded custom made to order in state of the art manufacturing facilities across the globe. We have spent a considerable amount of money sampling many different suppliers to find the highest quality items to bring value to our amazing customers. If we send out a faulty or low quality item we will replace said item free of charge.
- Due to the nature of ecommerce refunds/exchanges All sales are FINAL

- PEACE GANG does not accept returns or exchanges after an item has shipped to the customer. In the event of a damaged item PEACE GANG will replace said item with photo proof of damage/manufacturing defect.
- If you believe you have received a damaged item send an email to CustomerService@PeaceGangWorldwide.com With your order number, photo proof of any damage/defects and any additional information you can provide and we will work to resolve the issue as fast as possible.
- Items are void from returns after 10 days of receiving said item.
